Dinners at the World HPV Championships 2006

and the Monday lunch at the airport

Allegre, 5 August - 11 August 2006

    
We propose to have dinner altogether every evening from the 5th to the 11th of August. The Allegre's Hotel des Voyageurs will host us in a country-style dining room with chandeliers made of cart wheels and wodden sailing.
The owners are used to organize ceremonial meals and can serve a meal at table for more than 100 persons.

We have negociated a common menu at the price of 9 euros if 100 persons at least eat there each evening. The meal will include a starter, a main dish and a dessert, and will be different each day. Two menus will be proposed: vegeterian or normal. In case of a low number of reservations, we may not guarantee the price of 9 euros. Then you will still be able to eat at the restaurant but at a price of 11.50 euros.

We have obatined the same price for the Monday lunch at the airport restaurant.
