This is a basic tandem recumbent design - the frame is a straight 2"OD tube, wheels are dual 20", head angle is 80 degrees with 3.8" of trail ( based on calculations from the Lords of the Chainring class materials). The rear triangle is cut from a bmx frame by running a holesawing the seattube out of the middle and keeping the triangle - I note that I was left with a remainder of the BB shell to help improve lateral strength at the frame joint. All auxiliary parts braze to bases made from 1/3 arc sections cut from 2" tube and slightly flattened to match their ID to the frame OD. Bases clamp to the frame via T-bolt clamps. Included with the basic frame layout are the much more detailed plans for the seat backs. At the bottom you will find a geometric tool for estimating heel clearances. If your legs are much different from mine it would behoove you to alter that a bit, but at least I wrote in the dimensions so you can tell.
