Remarks / Bemerkungen 

Thanks to all participants for being here in cologne and helping us setting up such an event. We are very happy that most of the participants found, that the event was worth coming to cologne. This week of the HPV Championships was for all the organisers and the helpers an experience of hard work and of fun. Thanks to all of them. The competitions for land HPVs in the first part from Saturday the 26th of July until Friday, the 1st August took place with sunny weather and even the water HPV competitions were only disturbed by short rain intervals. Thus the spectators saw a wide scale of competitions.

Danke an alle Teilnehmer, die diese Weltmeisterschaft in Koeln zu einem solchen Ereignis gemacht haben. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass so viele Teilnehmer der Meinung waren, diese Weltmeisterschaft sei es Wert gewesen nach Koeln zu kommen. Diese Woche war fuer alle, Organisatoren und Helfer eine Erfahrung von harter Arbeit und gleichzeitig Spass. Unser Dank gilt allen Beteiligten. Glücklicherweise hatten wir weitgehend schönes Wetter, nur das Criterium und die Schlussphase der Wasserwettbewerbe bekamen etwas Regen ab.

• Wednesday July 30th: 200 m Flying Start High Speed Race
• Thursday July 31st: Long Distance Tour
• Friday August 1st: Criterium
