Look at the April 1994 issue of HPV News for more information. Berkut is a Russian firm founded by three aircraft engineers who have been working together and building and racing HPV's since 1985.
They have won prizes in both national and international competitions, and founded Berkut in 1992. They produce touring and sport vehicles.
