It's a pity Nick settled for the shrt, entomological GNAT, accrnm for 'Great Nick Andrews Trike' (and, however one slices it, a four letter word). Especially since it qualifies for the ur-poetic TRIKE OF WUTHERING HEIGHTStm label. Because that's where it was conceived, a stone's throw from the village of Haworth in West Yorkshire, birthplace of Emily Brontë's superromantic novel (just ask any 13-year old schoolgirl; and I mean any), smack among the not- so- gentle rolling hills of the Penines. Nothing really rhymes with GNAT, whereas with the above the metaphors just keep rolling in. Imagine: "You skimmed the book, you rented the movie, you browsed the website, now go ride Wuthering Heights - The Trike !"... kills'em softly direct! |
