You should have a look at the SWB Achim Noell has started making. I have ridden one of these - very good craftsmanship, excellent handling.
They have basically three recumbents: SL3, SL4 and LL4 of which the two first are SWB, and the LL4 is LWB. The difference between SL3 and SL4 is that the SL4 has rear suspension (polymer). If you can not get the info you want there let me know; I will then try what I can get.
