[workbike] Trice trials

Hi, Brad...

   I finally had a chance to try out a couple of Trices (or would that 
be Treece?). Peter Ross made one (1998 model) available to me for the 
world championships at Interlaken - and I sold it for him before I 
left Switzerland. Theo Schmidt has an earlier Trice, so I rode that 
after Viktor picked up the newer one. There are quite a few 
differences - weight, handlebars, seat, steering, etc. I didn't 
realize that Peter had made so many changes over the past few years. 
I haven't seen the newer ICE 1999 Trice model.

   LRay, HPV News co-editor, just bought a 1997 Trice from a gal in 
Texas and is fixing it up with the new speed hub. He can't convince 
his wife to ride it, so will set it up for himself.
