Hello everybody,
Graham Horne mentioned the "brox pickup" in workbike digest V2 #183. The
BROX and the PICKUP are two different types of vehicle made and
distributed by two different companies. The BROX (which I use) is from
"Wheels within wheels" and the PICKUP is by "The seat of the pants".
(both Manchester though). They have similarities but differences too.
Both are available with various bodies (like courier or taxi).
I cannot tell whether one is better than the other. Several reasons made
me decide to buy a BROX (which I do not regret). Other tasks or
requirements might lead to another decision.
Concerning moving livestock I cannot say much because I have no own
experiences. I would not carry even only ONE pig on a trailer (without
brakes) as long as this trailer is pulled by a two wheeler.
Anyway I would be interested to know how it worked out when it has been
done.
RadLast website (see below) has some new pictures (mainly with BROX).
