I run a workbike business in York - UK. I use a Kemper Filibus it's light,
fast and manouverable two wheeler with a good payload. It has a tendency to
overbalance during loading but for narrow streets (of which York has
hundreds) and getting around traffic is a good all round compromise. Just
make sure you have a nice sturdy wall to hand when you load it. For wider
streets I would use a three wheeler - probably a Christiania trike.
