[workbike] How to make a living with your bike

     Here's the info I have for Cycling For Profit by Jim Gregory.  I bought 
it from the  Barnes and Noble website (which had it cheaper than 
amazon.com). The ISBN is 1-892495-12-0.
I just finished it.  It really is a good resource.  I liked how he broke 
down each category into equipment, finding work, doing the work, and other 
important information for each category.  Of course each category could have 
more information, though as we all know a book this size (it's not real big) 
could be written on almost each job that is listed here, especially 
pedicabbing and cargo-transport.   But it really is a great resources for 
anyone thinking of starting a business using a bike.  Also a handy appendix 
and bibliography.  Would also check out the Chapbook series
