Thanks for the positive review, Shane :). I tried to notify
this list last week that the book was now available, but I
sent the message to the HPV list by mistake. The second
time I tried, the message for some reason never made it to
the list....
As I mentioned in my previous post (the one I sent by
mistake to the HPV list), I really want to everyone on this
list who helped contribute to this book, especially Seth
Elliot, John Snyder, Andrea Casalotti, Carl Eitner, Mike
Gerke, Rob Brock, and Steve Meyer. I owe the seven of you a
free copy of the book. If you send me your address, I'd be
glad to send you a copy at no charge.
FWIW, Amazon.com recently lowered their price to meet Barnes
and Noble's price. Amazon, tho, sold out of the book a few
days ago, but they should have some more copies in shortly.
If you'd like more information about the book, see
http://www.bikesatwork.com/book.html. The cover picture of
Seth on his Long Haul in traffic are worth the price of the
book alone :) Thanks again, Seth (and everyone else), for
the pictures you provided.
PS: I also recommend Detour's chapbook series. They're
listed in the bibliography in the back of the book.
