Close up of the suitcase... once both (bike's) wheels have been removed and cables unfastened, the frame is put in first, then the wheels, trailer wheels and, finally, the rear rack. It requires quite a dedication, and may be difficult to achieve until one has worked out the  e x a c t   angles of the parts and the sequence in which they are to be put into the case. Observe by the factory supplied cotton gloves, a part of the kit. The black foam tubes go around parts of the frame.
