European HPV Championships 1992 in München, Germany.

I happened upon this all-pastel- colors nutrike lar family in the staging area outside the Olympia[?] Stadion on September 12, 1992 in München, where the manoeuverability trials were held. In a sense this is an amazing bike... observe the well-triangulated space frame made of what looks like 10 mm tubing. Custom- made special- purpose vehicles like that --especially such of time-limited usefulness, because children tend to grow up faster than expected-- are extremely rare. Nevertheless, and this is as good a proof as any, there are people out there, who are capable of thinking beyond the Western default "solution" to the "problem" of transporting the offspring: just buy another Opel (or a Mazda, or whatever with a compression engine in it). Whoever thought up and built this bike should make a habit out of it, ya hear? Or, as they say in the trade if you build'em, they'll come... the customers, that is.
Someone out there please tell the grrrl, that the seat to BB distance seems an inch too long for her inseam size, perhaps move the seat forward? Better late advice, than never ;-))
