This kind of bike is known as "Velocino"... I'm not sure if it refers to some particular, once-popular brand of such (like "Vespa" before it became synonymous with, and practically replaced the "scooter"), or if it is a generic name for that type of bike. In any event, a Dutchman showed up in Munich riding around on one. Monkeying around, more like it. I must confess of being not- too- enamored of it... obviously, it is an attempt to make a more compact bike, designed in the dark ages before there was a Brompton. But I have grave doubts as to its overall usefulness... surely for the short distances that it may be comfortably ridden, one might just as well walk and not bother with doing it while sitting down?
