Pendulum front suspension in the prototype Ostrad LWB with HUGE amount of trail and a certain latency of response due to inertia of the bouncing wheel; an altogether more compact, lighter front suspension, than with a traditional shock- fork arrangement. Apparently the prototype turned out to be adequate, because the now- production Langliegerad has retained that front fork, with the only difference being choice and placement of the brake, now above the swingarm.
