Burrows is, of course, the inventor of Chris Boardman's record- setting carbon- fibre- monocoque bike, originally known as "Burrows'", ultimately as "Lotus cycle ". When not loitering with intent on UK public roads, or tinkering with human powered vehicles, he is working as a designer for the Taiwan bike manufacturing giant GIANT.
