Here is an mpeg of the Lightning Cycle Dynamics' T-38 tandem SWB ASS recumbent.
Relatively short, it consists of a pass in front of the camera from left to right,  a long shot of
a U-turn in the street and a return from right to left.

The mpeg is purportedly Xing compatible and works with my vumpeg program for Xing files.
I used CMPEG to create the mpeg from an AVI file extracted with video for windows in 
160x120 resolution.
