Next, the wheels are taken off --see the exposed drum brake pads-- and the wishbone outriggers partly decoupled to enable them to be folded flat against the chassis. The red suspension element, red woven synthetic strap fastened underneath the chassis, is NOT disconnected at any one time during fold-up, but stays firmly attached at both ends.	These operations took maybe  a minute and a half.
