When it was recently announced that the Kingcycle was stopping production, (due to time constraints not lack of sales), I downloaded the following photos and text for archiving here, anticipating that that their web page will eventually be shutdown.

The Kingcycle recumbent is an ideal touring and commuting bicycle as well as a racer. The combination of long distance comfort, large load carrying capacity, powerful hydraulic brakes and a choice of 21 gears means it will cope with anything from mountain passes to windswept plains.

ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE - Headrest and luggage bag. Front and rear wheel discs. Nose fairing and mounting with headlamp. Lockable tail fairing/luggage compartment with lights. Rack bracket. Full racing fairing for use on closed roads in good weather conditions.

FRAME AND FORKS - Elliptical section Reynolds 531 tubes with forged ends, all hand brazed in three sizes, fitted with brazed on cable and mudguard eyes. Colour: Yellow.

WHEELS - Front: 18" 36 spoke. Rear: 24" 36 spoke.

SEAT - Fully adjustable with mounting holes for headrest, lights etc.
