All 55 back issues of the Human Power have been in PDF format since June 2004 and are both online and on CDROM but alas, the HPVA board doesn't want to release them yet.

To order back issues on paper from HPVA, you can use this (outdated) PDF form or you can contact the HPVA directly to find out what issues are available on paper or to ask about availability of the CDROM and online archives.

The form also lists other materials such as the proceedings of symposia and papers that are available. You should check with HPVA before ordering to make sure what you want is still in stock.
